Vision Plan
/In 2013, a collaborative team of developers, designers, and artists identified more than 70 underutilized spaces along the trail. The Rail Trail Vision Plan set into motion the strategy to transform the leftover emergency access infrastructure located along the Blue Line light rail corridor into an urban, linear commons that unites and connects all of the neighborhoods between Sedgefield and Uptown.
