11 - Kingston Connection

The Charlotte Department of Transportation has completed construction of the Kingston Ave Connection, which includes a new access ramp and stairway connecting the Trail and Kingston Avenue, which use to dead end at the Trail.  The plaza will reserve a space for future artwork and seating that will serve as a beacon and gateway to the Dilworth & Wilmore neighborhoods.
